Integrated Medical Camp @ Uppa Tribal Village (10-5-15)


God is the embodiment of compassion. He watches for a grain of goodness or humility so that He can reward it with tons of grace. Deserve the grace of God by helping the weak and the poor, the diseased and the downtrodden - Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.


With the Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Integrated Medical Camp was conducted at Uppa Tribal Village, Hukumpeta Mandal, Paderu, Visakhapatnam on 10th May,2015 under the aegis of Visakhapatnam City Samithi in association with Gayatri Hospital and Visakha Eye Hospital.


This medical camp began on a divine note by performing Pooja to the Almighty, followed by treatment to the villagers. This medical camp covered  10 villages diagnosing 500 patients. Various Laboratory tests along with TB, X Ray, Gynic, ECG, Eye and Dental Checkup were carried out with help of fully equipped Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Health Van.


Patients were given free medicines and some villagers were referred to Super Specialty Hospitals in Visakhapatnam City for advanced treatment while some villagers who were affected with Cataract were taken to city along with medical team for performing operation in Visakha Eye Hospital and 39 referral cases were sent to Gayatri Hospital.


This medical was led by efficient doctors like Dr G V S Rao, Dr.Giri, Dr Chaithanya,(Gen), Dr Sathyanarayana (Gynic), Dr Niteesh Varma (Dental) along with 6 Paramedical, 6 Vishaka Eye Staff, 2 Nurses, 2 X Ray Technicians, 1 Lab Technicians, R A Naidu, District Mobile Health Cordinator and 22 Sevadal participated with utmost love and fervor.
