A Mega Medical Camp has been conducted at Nemla Cluster on 12th Aug 2012 by Hyderabad Team. With Pranams at the lotus feet of our lord Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, samithi’s attached to the Nemla cluster of Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District. Rajapet village happens to be convenient for all the nearby surrounding villages within a radius of around 5kms with transport facility available at reasonable rates for patients to avail the facility. With this objective in mind the village has been chosen as part of our mobile medical activity in Nemla cluster and mobile activity is being continued. The activity which started in May 2011 has completed one year and this is our second visit to the village in the ensuing second year of our service activity.

The plus point in this month has been the availability of a 32 seated bus to transport our mobile medical team to the venue from the city. This could be possible only with the grace of our lord and we once again offer our salutations to HIM as well as to the individual in disguise who had taken pains to get this facility available for our camp. Dear Sai brother/ Sai sister (whoever you are and whoever it may be and wherever you are), please accept our humble salutations for providing this facility. The bus (bus no. AP22Y8967 belonging to Sai Shanthi D International School of Shadnagar) is brand new, comfortable with 32 good cushion seating arrangements and equipped with good audio facility keeping us all engaged. All the sevadal who travelled by this facility expressed satisfaction and extreme comfort and felt themselves at ease during travel time. Indeed it is really a “Mahaprasadam” to all of us from our beloved Swami.

Another plus point in this day’s activity has been the association of our Sai Mahila’s from Hyderabad in extending service at the camp. A notable point in today’s medical fraternity has been that well experienced and senior doctors of our organization as well as in the city and abroad, who are committed to medical service had made themselves available to render service at Rajapet mobile medical activity.

Another notable activity taken up during today’s camp has been examination of pregnant ladies and offering consultation and advice by experienced doctors. The ladies have been identified under the “MOTHER AND CHILD HEALTH CARE” activity of SSSVIP from the village DUDIVENKATAPURAM of Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District. As many as 63 volunteers in total comprising of 9 doctors (4 female and 5 male), 4 technicians, 5 Para-medical team and 39 seva dal (including 6 mahila sevadal) from the city with the association of local sevadal from Rajapet took part in the day’s activity. The disciplines of Gynecology, Pediatrics, General Physician, Ophthalmology and Dental were made available to the beneficiaries for consultation and advice.
