In the present scenario and changing life styles, the children will lack Values, Character, Direction and Purpose. Connectivity of children with family is missing. Parents are afraid that children will lose contact with their own language, traditions, culture and relations. Mentioning as how the home should be.

Mrs Jaya quoted from the saying of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba that " The Home is the Temple where each member is nurtured & nourished, Mother is the High Priestess of this House of GOD. Humility is the incense with which the house is filled. Reverence is the lamp that is lit with Love as the oil & Faith as the wick”. She called upon the parents to pay more quality time with the children which will help them to grow in the best possible way.

Around 250 children performed Pada puja for their children on the occasion. They washed their parents' feet, applied turmeric and offered tambulam. The parents overjoyed by the gesture of their children blessed them with akshinthalu (sacred turmeric rice). The parents thanked Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisationfor inculcating such noble values in their children.
