Balvikas training class to school teachers at Kothacheruvu.

By the Divine Blessings and Grace of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the SSSS Samithi, Kothacheruvu conducted a Balvikas training class to government school teachers of Bukkapatnam, Kothacheruvu and Puttaparthi mandals on on 25 th May 2015.

The programme started in the morning with bhajan. Lighting of the lamp was done by Dr .T.Ramanjappa garu Dist. President, SSSSO Anantapur, Shri Tarachandra Naik garu Mandal Education Officer (MEO); Sri K. Bhaskar Reddy garu MEO and Sri Sivaiah garu Head Master ZPH School, Kothacheruvu.

Mr B.Srinivas garu , MBA, (Swami’s student) welcomed the gathering. Later Shri Tarachandra Naik, Sri K. Bhaskar Reddy and Shri Sivaiah expressed their happiness in attending this training programme along with the teachers from three adjoining mandals and assured their cooperation in future also.

In his key note address Dr .T.Ramanjappa garu explained the significance of SSS Balvikas in India and abroad and its role in promotion of human values and the role of teachers and parents in molding character of children.

Sri C. Rommel garu, IFS (retd), and senior Sai devotee said teachers play an important role in Balvikas programs and narrated how Swamy Himself Helped the hesitant Balvikas teachers in starting Balvikas classes.

Sri T.Madhusudhana Rao garu, Jt. State Coordinator for Balvikas for AP elaborated on what is Balvikas, why is Balvikas necessary and when and how is Balvikas to be imparted with a simple and practical exercise. He expressed his willingness to conduct a full day work shop on the five aspects of Balvikas teaching.

Smt Saradevi, Balvikas guru gave training on a bhajan. Smt Madhavi Latha garu, Spirtual Coordinator gave training on a sloka. Smt Adi lakshmi garu, Dist Jt Balvikas Coordinator, demonstrated Balvikas games, that not only help in memory but also teach morals.

Sri Mahesh Kumar gave an introductory talk on yoga. Sri N. Adi Narayana Reddy, Dist.Incharge, Prasanthi Nilayam Seva explained seva opportunities for teachers. In his concluding remarks Dr .T.Ramanjappa expressed satisfaction on large turn out of teachers and urged them to take School Balvikas classes in their schools. Vote of thanks was proposed by Sri Krishna Murthy, Zonal Coordinator,SSSSO.

Mangala harathi was offered to Swamy. Mahaprasadam was offered to all present.

Thirty six teachers attended the training programme. Fifteen sevadal volunteers participated in the seva.
